How our delivery works, what it costs, and what happens if something changes with your order.
How Delivery Works
We don't hold physical stock ourselves. Every order is sent out either directly from the manufacturer or via a trade wholesaler, depending on the product. This lets us offer a much wider range than we could ever hold in a warehouse, at a better price — but it does mean delivery works a little differently to a typical shop.
Delivery Times & Prices
Standard Delivery
£5.00, or free on orders over £50.
Typical Timescale
Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days of ordering.
Tracking
Tracking will be sent by email where the courier or supplier provides it, so you can follow your order to your door.
3–5 working days is typical, not guaranteed — some products, particularly larger items sent via pallet or freight, can take a little longer. Any known delays will be flagged on the product page or at checkout where possible.
Stock Levels & Availability
Because we drop-ship from manufacturers and trade wholesalers rather than holding stock ourselves, the stock levels shown on our site are set to reflect what our suppliers report as available. We check and sync this regularly — but with stock moving across multiple suppliers in real time, it's possible for a product to sell out at their end just before or just after you order.
If Something Changes With Your Order
If a supplier's stock doesn't match what we show — or a delivery is going to run later than expected — we'll always aim to let you know as soon as we're aware, rather than leave you guessing. Depending on your situation, that usually means one of two things:
- You're happy to wait — we'll keep you updated with realistic timescales until your order arrives.
- You'd rather not wait — we'll offer a straightforward cancellation and full refund if a delay means the order no longer works for you.
We'd always rather tell you early and keep you in the loop than let an order go quiet. If you're ever unsure about the status of an order, just get in touch and we'll check it for you.
