The Van Club’s Christmas Party Rally – Festive finale at Redcar Racecourse
Round off the season in true Christmas style as The Van Club heads to the iconic Redcar Racecourse for a weekend packed with sparkle, music and festive fun. From Friday 28 November to Sunday 30 November 2025, we’ll be bringing the vanlife community together for one last big celebration before the new year.
With the racecourse transformed into a wintery backdrop of twinkling lights and crisp sea air, this is the perfect setting for a Christmas Party Rally full of good company, great entertainment and plenty of holiday magic.
What’s in store
- Special visit from Santa – A magical appearance that the kids (and the grown-ups!) will love.
- Festive live music – Enjoy classic Christmas tunes and live entertainment throughout the weekend.
- Christmas games & Best Decorated Van – Take part in fun seasonal challenges and show off your most festive van decorations – with prizes up for grabs.
- Christmas lunch together – Sit down with fellow members for a delicious seasonal meal, perfect for sharing stories and raising a glass to the year gone by.
- Festive fancy dress – Dig out your Christmas jumpers, costumes and accessories and add even more colour to the party atmosphere.
- Charity raffle – Help support local good causes with a special raffle featuring prizes such as attraction vouchers, van accessories and festive hampers.

This rally is all about community and shared experiences, so we’re adding a few extra touches to make the weekend even more special:
- Community festive potluck – Bring along a favourite Christmas dish or treat to share and sample what everyone else has brought to the table.
- Hot chocolate station – Warm up with a cosy hot chocolate, topped just how you like it with marshmallows, cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Warming tent & workshops – Gather in our heated tent to chat, relax and join informal sessions on winter travel tips, van maintenance and festive DIY décor ideas.
- Photography contest – Capture your favourite rally moments, from sparkling vans to candid group shots, and enter them for a chance to win a prize.
Whether you’re coming as a family, a couple or solo, this weekend is designed to be full of laughter, memories and feel-good festive vibes.

You’ll be staying on hardstanding pitches at Redcar Racecourse, with all the key facilities you need for a comfortable stay:
